Express Solutions are specialists in the supply of Contract Packing, Shrink-wrapping, hand work and print finishing with over 25 years experience in the industry.

With our dedicated management team we have masterminded the application of assembly line techniques to the packing process. The company operates on a 24/7 basis and can pack in excess of 100,000 units per day and up to one million units per week, dependent on the type of product.

To further increase our capacity we have recently invested in a fully automatic shrink-wrapping line, and will shortly be taking delivery of a Shanklin F5 high speed Automatic shrink-wrapping machine. Our activities centre on clean point of sale, non-food retail fulfilment with Retail Ready Packs a particular speciality.

Express Solutions has recognised the need for the provision of professional, quality handwork at competitive prices. The service is designed to cater for requirements which are typically unplanned and extra to the budget as well as highly time critical.

Express Solutions has an experienced and flexible team of 50 multi-skilled staff (full and part time) who are able to carry out handwork to the highest quality, with Supervisors, Quality Control and Administrative personnel to coordinate every aspect of the production.

In addition to static tables we have variable speed conveyor-based production lines each with shrink tunnels and L sealers.

We also have a SEMI PAC fully automatic shrink-wrapping line which can produce more than 12,000 shrinks per day.

We offer extensive storage facilities for components and finished goods. We also work closely with a number of transport companies and can arrange delivery throughout the UK and europe.

Located at the industrial heart of the West Midlands Express Solutions is perfectly situated for easy access to UK's motorway and rail network and to overseas transport services. There are also good links to Birmingham International Airport.

We have 15,000 sq ft of production and storage facilities protected by realtime CCTV and an eight station security system with digital recording together with a Red-care alarm system.

This has gained us accreditation with FACT (The Federation Against Copyright Theft) for our security systems.
